This is going to be a tough one!

No social media for at least 2 hours after I wake up.

No YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp groups, etc.

Expanding my comfort zone!

Resist mindlessly reaching out grabbing my phone and doing my morning walk of shame: Twitter -> Email -> LinkedIn -> WhatsApp 🤦🏻‍♂️

This was one of the best challenges I've did by far!!!

It helped me realize how many times I just check my phone just because... It's like a smoker 🚬 lighting one each time he's a bit board.
